International Wine Challenge awards Clifford Bay Estate 2005 Sauvignon Blanc a Silver Medal

What a week for our 2005 Clifford Bay Estate Sauvignon Blanc. First this wine was awarded a Bronze medal at the Decanter World Wine awards and now we have more success with the International Wine Challenge (IWC) in London awarding it a Silver medal.

The IWC boasts more than 9,000 entries and has cemented its place as the best and biggest blind tasting in the world.

A large part of the IWC’s reputation is down to the quality and experience of its judges. This year, more than 465 winemakers, merchants and writers from around the world will take part, including the likes of Oz Clarke and Jancis Robinson MW alongside a panel of at least 42 Masters of Wine.

Truly a great result for a fantastic wine. The critics have spoken.
